Who am I ?

Eluise Rojas is a Melbourne-born creative working closely within live music and late-night culture. With over 14 years of experience in hospitality, her path has naturally evolved from the floor to behind the scenes—spanning venue management, artist relations, and end-to-end event delivery.

Her work sits between curation and coordination: booking live acts, tour operation, building lineups and making sure everything runs as it should.
She’s especially passionate about supporting emerging artists, creating space for new bands to find their footing in intimate venues where the connection between artist and audience really matters.

Alongside this, Eluise works across the electronic and festival circuit, supporting touring artists and helping deliver smooth, well considered experiences behind the scenes.

She spent over a decade at Revolver Upstairs—a venue known for its longevity and ever-evolving dancefloor—while also contributing to festivals and venues across Australia.

Grounded in music, people, and community, Eluise brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach and a genuine respect for the spaces and scenes she works within.
