Throughout my career, I have consistently operated in a communications lead capacity, acting as the primary point of contact across a diverse range of environments. My experience spans managing client and artist relations, overseeing business communications, and responding to both positive and critical feedback across platforms such as email, Google reviews, and in-person interactions.
I am highly experienced in handling sensitive situations with discretion and clarity, including liaising with stakeholders, managing artist and venue contracts,  deescalating complaints, and coordinating with external parties such as security teams and law enforcement when required.
With a calm but firm, solution-focused approach, I bring structure and professionalism to complex communication landscapes ensuring that all interactions reflect the values and direction of the business or artist while maintaining a high standard of care and responsiveness.
