I worked closely with the in-house designer to develop concepts that aligned with the venue’s visual identity and overall feel. Together, we refined ideas through to approved mock-ups, ensuring each piece felt cohesive with the space. From there, I managed the full production process—organising t-shirt sourcing, liaising with printers, setting pricing, and coordinating timelines. Each release was then carried through to launch, making sure it was live on the website and supported with social media announcements, extending the venue’s creative output beyond its walls for our Rev Lovers.
